What a Night!

After months of planning, organising, raffle prize begging, table shuffling and generally trying to remember where we’d put everything, our Centenary Charity Ball has officially come to a close and we are absolutely delighted to announce that we raised an incredible:

£12,762.95!

The money will be donated to two incredibly important local charities, Trinity Hospice & Palliative Care Services and Brian House Children’s Hospice.

We honestly cannot thank everyone enough for helping us make the evening such a huge success.

From our amazing sponsors and prize donors to our entertainers, suppliers, guests and everyone who bought a raffle ticket, placed a bid in the auction or simply turned up ready to party, THANK YOU!

It was a truly special evening, made even more meaningful by the fact that it marked 100 years of Rawcliffe & Co. Being able to celebrate such a significant milestone while raising a fantastic amount for this incredible local charity made the occasion even more memorable.

And, of course, there was plenty of dancing, laughter, fundraising and probably a few sore heads the next morning!

A Massive Thank You to Our Sponsors

First and foremost, we want to say a huge, heartfelt and slightly over-the-top THANK YOU to our incredible sponsors:

AMP InfoSys, Notarianni Ices Blackpool and YB Financial Advisory Ltd.

Your generosity, encouragement and commitment to our community played a huge part in making the evening possible.

Quite honestly, without you, we'd probably still be standing around with a dream, a clipboard and a very questionable budget!

Your sponsorship helped us bring people together, create memorable experiences and put on an event that truly celebrated our company, our community and our centenary. We are incredibly grateful that you believed in what we were trying to achieve and were willing to put your support behind it.

We hope we did you proud!

Local businesses and organisations like yours make such a difference. Your generosity helps turn ideas into reality, creates opportunities for people to get involved and, in this case, helped us throw one fantastic party, all while raising money for two brilliant causes.

And Then There Were the Raffle Prize Donors…

Of course, we also need to give a massive thank you to everyone who generously donated prizes for our raffle and auction.

You added an extra level of excitement to the evening, because, let's be honest, nothing gets people more enthusiastic than the possibility of winning something they didn't even know they needed!

Whether you donated a prize, products, services, your valuable time, your expertise, or simply said, “Sure, we'd love to help!”, we appreciate you more than you know.

Your generosity helped make the event bigger, better and considerably more exciting. More importantly, it demonstrated just how supportive, generous and community-minded the people and businesses around us really are.

A Night to Remember

Our Centenary Charity Ball was about much more than celebrating 100 years of Rawcliffe & Co.

It was about bringing people together, celebrating our incredible community and giving something back to two local organisations that do such important work.

To everyone who played a part, whether you sponsored the event, donated a prize, helped behind the scenes, entertained our guests, supplied the event, bought a ticket, bid in the auction, entered the raffle or simply came along and helped us celebrate, we couldn't have done it without you.

Raising £12,762.95 is an incredible achievement, and we are incredibly proud of what we have been able to accomplish together.

So, from everyone at Rawcliffe & Co, one final time:

THANK YOU!

Here’s to 100 years of Rawcliffe & Co and to many more years of supporting our local community.

Now… where did we put that clipboard?
