The way HMRC wants information from tax payers means that you may need to move from your existing desktop or manual record keeping and onto an online accounting package.

“I started using Xero approximately 2 years ago on the recommendation of my Accountant. Rawcliffe's were brilliant and provided one-to-one training at their office in Blackpool. They continue to give support via telephone and email. My Xero links directly with my bank feed, invoicing and bills. Its really great because I am always up to date with my invoicing and the auto-reminder chases my debtors which frees up time for me and helps my cash-flow. I also use an App that integrates with Xero called Receipt Bank which is a simple way to store my receipts and submit them to my Accountant. I use Xero on a daily basis via my phone no matter where I am. I'm able to reconcile my bank easily and the invoicing template makes this very quick and simple to use.Because Rawcliffe's have access to my Xero, it means that everything they need is already there in the cloud.
